前排占个座 01/03 星期天:Treadmill 3.25 miles with a pound gloves punching while walking 50 min; hand weights/ stationary ball for core, biceps, triceps, abs etc. 30 min
02/03 星期一:铲雪50分钟,treadmill 2 miles with inclines, stationary ball 10 min, bike 20 min
03/03 星期二:Elliptical 20 min, boot camp class 45 min (one circuit = jump rope 100 steps, jump/squat 10 reps, squat/single arm press 10lb hand weight 10 for each arm, pull down/pull ups 10, burpies 10 ----repeat the circuit for 20min; abs/legs/core 20 min)
04/03 星期三:Warm up on the treadmill, 12 min (4.5 - 5 mph, 3 - 5% incline), gym class 45 min: get on the ball (today's one is tough: one circuit includes jumping squats 20 rep, feet on the ball push ups 10 rep, knee to chest or V---hands on the floor, feet on the ball--20 rep, shoulder press with 5 lbs 10 rep; walking lunges with holding the ball turning to a different direction with the leg 20 each leg; rows -- with the belly on the ball, 10 lb hand weights 10 rep; spin 1/4 miles or bike 1/2 miles. Repeat for 4. Plank --- hands on the ball for 2 x 1 min, abs etc); bike 25 min (8 miles)
05/03 星期四:gym class: butt and sculpt 45 min, elliptical 25 min (这课当时没怎么感觉。可是到夜里居然让腿和后部酸疼醒了! )
06/03 星期五:treadmill warm up 12 min (4.5 mph with inclines 1 - 15 %) gym class : boot camp 45 min
07/03 星期六:今天休息 08/03 星期天:treadmill walking 30 min with 1lb gloves; abs, arms, core and sculpt 30 min
09/03 星期一:Aerobic class 45 min; bike 25 min (8 miles)
10/03 星期二:Elliptical 25 min, Gym class (tri fit) 35 min (gotta go to a meeting :-()
11/03 星期三:Walk on the treadmill for 10 min at 4.5 - 5.0 mph, changed incline 1, 4, 8, 12, 15, 15, 12, 8, 5, 3%. Gym class (get on the ball) 45 min; bike 25 min (7 miles)
12/03 星期四:Elliptical 25 min, gym class (butt and sculpt) 45 min, bike 15 min
13/03 星期五:Elliptical 15 min, boot camp 45 min
14/03 星期六:今天晒网。请客,打扫,做吃的。
15/03 星期天:今天任重道远,要将昨天喝的酒,吃的冰激淋和巧克力个消耗掉。 treadmill 4.2 mph 3miles with one pound gloves; 5.7 mph 3% incline jogging 1 mile; abs/core/arms 30 min
16/03 星期一:Treadmill 25 min, including 1 min each at 1% incline with 4.5 mph, 5.5 mph, 6.5 mph, 7.5 mph, and 8.5 mph; 1 min each at 5.0 mph with 4%, 7.5 %, 11%; 4.7 mph with 14.5% incline; 2 min 15 % at 4.5 mph, 1 min each at 4.5 mph with 12%, 9 %, 6 % and 3 % inclines; 1 min each side run at 4.2 mph 3% incline; 2 min 3.8 mph 3% incline jogging backward (the purpose is to get my body confused to work out different muscles); plus warm up and cool down, total 215 cal burned. Gym class 45 min (tri fit -- cadio, core/abs, arms)

18/03 星期三:今天在另一处上班,没有积木课,只好自己练:bicycle 40 min(11 miles), steps 15 min, weights for arms 10 min
19/03 星期四:Gym class (butt & sculpt) 45 min; bike 28 min (should have done my jogging on the treadmill, but did not get a chance before the gym class)
20/03 星期五:Treadmill 15 min warm up (130 cal); boot campl class 45 min (including 4 circuits of: single arm Sumo lifts--left and right, overhead press, scissor jumps, burpies, and side planks --- 30 sec each, 5 sec in between each move, 30 sec rest in between circuits); elliptical 25 min (200 cal)
21/03 星期六:今天我休息 22/03 星期天:今天天气好,早上出去走了一圈有4迈多(将近一万步)。下午treadmill上走了1迈,用了1lb gloves for pounching. weights, core/abs/arms 35 min.
23/03 星期一:Treadmill 20 min (change speed/inclines, 190 cal), tri fit class 45 min (cadio, abs, sculpt); bike 15 min (100cal)
24/03 星期二:Elliptical 15 min; boot camp 45 min (5 circuits of followings, 1 min intervals: quick steps on a bench; fly push ups -- one one the betches, one on the floor, alternte; jumping/squats; swings; sit ups. 30 sec each move, 15 sec rest in between moves) side planks 30 sec each, 1 min normal planks, 2 min V kicks; bike 15 min.
25/03 星期三:Bike 15 min, gym class (all on the balls) 45 min
26/03 星期四:Treadmill 28 min (change speed at 1% incline; change inclines 1 to 15 % at 4.6 to 5.0 mph), gym class 45 min (butt and sculpt)
27/03 星期五:Treadmill 20 min, abs/core/arms 30 min
28/03 星期六:休息一天(阴天,也没法晒网 )
29/03 星期天:Treadmill 50 min, 3.8 miles (with one pound gloves); abs/core/arms with 5 and 10 lb hand weights and a stationary ball for 1 hour.
30/03 星期一:Treadmill warm up 10 min (86cal); gym class (tri fit -- cadio/core/arms) 45 min; bike 20 min (6 miles)
31/03 星期二:20 min elliptical; 45 min boot camp class. |
