01/04 星期三:Tread mill 24 min (change inclines/speed, 180 cal), gym class -- get on the balls(weights, etc) 45 min; bike 25 min (7 miles)
02/04 星期四:Elliptical 25 min; gym class (butt and sculpt) 45 min; bike 15min
03/04 星期五:Treadmill 20 min (1.8 miles change inclines/speed, 190 cal), Boot camp class (circuits with 5, 10, 15, 20, 15, 10, 5 reps each: thrusters, jumping boxes, dips, burpies, jump ropes ---x10). plank as long as you can on a stationary ball (I did 5 min).
04/04 星期六:休息
05/04 星期天:Enjoyed the nice weather and walked 1 hour for about 3.5 miles, abs/arms/core for 50 min
06/04 星期一:Too busy to go to the gym and missed my routine . Had 50 min on the treadmill at home, 4.5 miles with 1 lb gloves
07/04 星期二:Bike 20 min (6 miles), 45 min boot camp class
08/04 星期三:Treadmill 12 min warm up (change inclines, 100 cal), gym class (get on balls with weights) 45 min; elliptical 30 min.
09/04 星期四:Walked 90 min, about 4 miles
10/04 星期五:Treadmill warm up 15 min (change inclines, 150 cal); boot camp 45 min (including circuits 20 min, 4 moves: jumping box 15 rep, dead lifts 10 rep, walking lunges 10 rep, push ups 10 rep. Do as many as possible --- I won a gym bag!) bike 20 min, 6 miles.

13/04 星期一:Treadmill 35 min, 3. 3 miles (change speed/incline, 325 cal); gym class (tri fit with cadio and weights) 45 min, bile 20 min (6 miles)

15/04 星期三:Bike 22 min (6.2 miles); gym class (get on balls) 45 min; elliptical 15 min
16/04 星期四:今天的积木课不能去,要开会 只好早上自己去练了。Treadmill 40 min (including warm up/cool down, change speed : 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.6-9.0 mph, on 1.0% incline 1 min each x 3; at 4.6 to 5.0 mph changing inclines: 4, 7, 10, 13, 15, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3%; 1 min each; side runs at 4.3 mph 3.0% 1 min ea; backward jogging at 3.8 mph 3% 2 min) core/sculpt 15 min; bike 20 min.
