04/06 星期四:Treadmill 20 min 1.5 miles, boot camp class 45 min, bike 20 min 6 miles
05/06 星期五:Elliptical 50 min; abs/core/arms 30min
06/06 星期六:No work out today, did some gardening....
07/06 星期天:Treadmill 50 min 3.8 miles. abs/core/arms 30 min
08/06 星期一: bike 25 min 6 miles, yoga class 45 min
09/06 星期二:elliptical 20 min, boot camp 45 min
10/06 星期三:treadmill 50 min, 4 miles (change speed/incline/directions), core/abs/weights 30 min

13/06 星期六:No exercise. Block party, had two beers, one KFC chicken breast, and a lot of desert! 14/06 星期天:Treadmill 55 min. Abs/core/weights 30 min
15/06 星期一:Treadmill 30 min, 3 miles (change speed/incline/direction), gym class 45 min (low impact)
16/06 星期二:Elliptical 50 min, core 15 min

18/06 星期四:Treadmill 24 min, boot camp 30 min (7:30 am meeting )
19/06 星期五:Walked for over 20,000 steps in Seatlle! Treadmill 35 min, core 20 min.
20/06 星期六:Logged another 20 K plus steps on my pedomiter. Bike 25 min, core/weights 35 min. Tried to push weights with legs: 80lb 12x, 120 lb 10 x.
21/06 星期天:Meetings all day 22/06 星期一:Travelling
23/06 星期二:Back to routine, hooray!: Treadmill 25 min, boot campl class 45 min, elliptical 15 min
24/06 星期三:Bike 15 + 20 min; gym class 45 min
25/06 星期四:Elliptical 20 + 15 min, boot campl class 45 min.
26/06 星期五:Treadmill 45 min, 4.1 miles; core/weights 30 min
27/06 星期六:Jogging on the beach and then the board walk for about 3.5 miles, walked on the beach for about a mile.
28/06 星期天: Same jogging route as yesterday. Added 10 min core after the run. Walked a mile on the beach then.
29/06 星期一:Elliptical 41 min; core 25 min
30/06 星期二: treadmil 21 min, boot camp class 45 min. |
