02/11 星期一 :Treadmill 35 min, 3 miles; gym class 45 min
03/11 星期二 :bike30 min, cardio class 45 min
04/11 星期三:elliptical 16 min, core/cardio class 45 min
05/11 星期四:bike 25 min, gym class (butts & guts) 45 min
06/11 星期五: Elliptical 20 min, boot camp 45 min
07/11 星期六: 今天休息。可是割了草,花了一个多小时。
08/11 星期日: walked on the treadmill with 1 lb gloves, 40 min; yard work 1 hour, cleaning the garage, 1 hour, poisoning mice ???
0911 星期一: Treadmill 25 min, gym class 45 min
10/11星期二: Bike 50 min, gym (cardio) class 35 min
11/11星期三: Elliptical 25 min, gym (core) class 45 min
12/11星期四:Treadmill 35 min, gym class(gutts and butts) 45 min, bike 15 min
13/11星期五: Treadmill 60 min. gym class (core, some weights) 25 min
14/11星期六: 今天休息。坐了大半天
15/11星期日:院里干活4小时,走路1小时(3.5迈), core 30 min
16/11 星期一: Treadmill 26 min, gym class (cardio, core etc) 45 min
17/11 星期二: bike 30min, gym class (cadio)35 min. The instructor was not there so I played as the instructor. not smooth but at least we got a lot of sweat and got some calories burned
18/11 星期三:Elliptical 18 min, gym class(core) 45 min
19/11 星期四:Treadmill45 min, 4.2 miles; core 10 min
20/11 星期五: Elliptical 35 min, gym class (circuits) 25 min
1/11 星期六:后院干活2小时。
22/11 星期日:后院干活4小时,treadmill 55 min(4 miles)
23/11 星期一:elliptical 15 min, stepmill 35 min, gym class (core sculpt) 35 min.
24/11 星期二:bike 18 min, gym class (cadio) 45 min
25/11 星期三:Elliptical 50 min, core/abs/butt/arms 25 min
26/11 星期四:Treadmill 60 min (4.5 miles)
27/11 星期五: Cooking
28/11 星期六: Treadmill 40 min, 3 miles
29/11 星期日: Yard work, about 3 hours, walked outside, about 4 miles, core and weights 25 min
30/11 星期一: Elliptical 60 min. Core/weights 30 min |
