I am taking counts on calories intake. Here is a list of what I have had this morning:
Before gym: 2/3 big grapefruit, 1/5 Lindt Dark chocolate bar, 1 cup expresso with a little half and half
After gym: 1 and 1/2 cup multigrain thick babaozhou. 8 oz skim milk, a piece (1 oz) Gouta cheese, 1 chocolate/cranbarry cookie (my daughter made, yummy!0, one piece zhima sutang, one cup mix of bluberries, strawbetties and cherries. |
