02/07 星期四:Treadmill 22 min, 2.2 mile (change speed/incline), boot camp class 45 min
03/07 星期五:Take today off.
04/07 星期六:Jogged on the beach for 3.5 miles. Walked another one mile. Core 15 min.
05/07 星期天:Same as yesterday: Jogged on the beach for 3.5 miles. Walked another one mile. Core 15 min.
06/07 星期一:Bike 32 min (10 mil), gym class (hand weights, stationary ball etc) 45 min
07/07 星期二:Elliptical 24 min, boot camp class 40 min
08/07 星期三:Treadmill 40 min (change speed/incline), gym class 30 min
09/07 星期四:Elliptical 21 min, boot camp class 45 min
10/07 星期五:I was supposed to take a break today, instead, I went to gym to ride the bike for 35 min. 11/07 星期六: Run 3.5 miles on the beach/board walk; waled 1.5 miles. core 15 min
12/07 星期天:Run 3.5 miles on the beach/board walk; waled 1.5 miles. core 10 min
