洽的Riesling配盐水鸭绝对是经典 就跟吃过咸菜后再吃橘子更甜似的。
不过一般海鲜藕还是喜欢干一些的,如Sauvignon blanc 或是 干爽的Chardonnay ,因为海鲜有甘甜味道,酒太柔太甜就口头发酸了。比如Sea Urchin,Scallop。。。
藕们村里有一家馆子的酒菜配得很好,它家常做鸭脯,就是配戴甜头的白葡萄酒。 说得藕有馋了,上个菜单吧。 这家店是几个谈得来的朋友可以一坐三四个小时的地方,五道,七道菜,大家都选提前配好的,一般到了第三道就快乐得找不到北了
