电脑染毒，紧急求助

我的笔记本最近染毒，上周用几种工具杀过，略有成效，主要是运行效率提高。但从周五起，不能使用google search, 一点击搜索结果，就被带到莫名其妙的网站，或者干脆freeze. 同时无法访问gmail, 每次的页面显示都是：

The site's security certificate is not trusted!

You attempted to reach www.google.com, but the server presented a certificate issued by an entity that is not trusted by your computer's operating system. This may mean that the server has generated its own security credentials, which Google Chrome cannot rely on for identity information, or an attacker may be trying to intercept your communications. You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site.

今天忙着试用多种anti-spyware, anti-malware等，均无效果。系统也无法进行system restore. 不想等到周一找公司的MIS, 那帮孙子可能要拖几星期都不能解决。

最可靠的办法是重装操作系统，不然不能保证能杀净病毒。但是在重装之前，通常希望能把数据抢救出来。可以自己制作一个Bootable CD，这样可以从CD启动一个干净的系统，再抢救数据。检索“make bootable CD”或类似的试试。

Did you try malwarebytes anti-malware? It's free.

Try avast, there is a free version.  And their professional version also has free trial.  They claim that they are the best to deal with this kind virus, web related.

And a few years ago, I got the same kind virus, google search either give these garbage sites or blank pages.  Avast cleaned that virus for me before other anti-virus software.

I have several computers. The desktop I am using has 11/22/09 at 5.48 pm. The new netbook may have a wrong time, not sure though.

谢各位的帮忙。大致情况是这样：

Dell Latitude D630, windows xp，IE 和 Chrome都装了，平时主要用Chrome.  前段时间运行很慢，找了公司的MIS contractor, 他们建议用MalwareBytes， 但一直无法安装成功。后来用了药力很猛的combofix, 铲除了很多毛病，但几天后gmail 和google search 却没法用了。

我在网上查询了MalwareBytes的贴子，估计其中的.exe文件被malware自动删除，所以就在安装时候改名，结果成功，昨晚扫描又杀死一堆，系统也越来越干净，但就是gmail和google search没法用，无论是在Chrome或IE上。

才试装了Avast, 从报告结果看清除了十几个染毒文件，但根本的问题还是没解决： 不能使用google search, 不能访问gmail网站。

看来病毒要负隅一战。
本叟的 internet service provider 是 comcast ，提供免费 McAfee 软件。 楼主可有类似服务？

你还幸运，用了combofix后只是gmail 和 google 不工作，俺上次用了以后，本来工作的机子整个不能上网了，只好重装。

谢大家关心，星管顶帖，我昨天捣鼓了大半天，那些中毒症状基本消失， 有空了我慢慢总结一下心得，以备后患。
