大家的积极性还是蛮高的么。我这都排到第几啦? 01/05 星期五:bike 17 min (4miles), boot camp class 45 min
02/05 星期六:今天我休息。
03/05 星期天:Treadmill 45 min 3.3 miles with 1pond gloves; core/abs/weights 30 min
04/05 星期一:Treadmill 30 min 3 miles (changed speed and inclines); gym class 45 min (kickboxing etc)
05/05 星期二Bike 24 min 7 miles; boot campl class 45 min
06/05 星期三:Elliptical 41 min (5 miles), weights 10 min (had a meeting at 7 am, needed to get the gym done before that, could not go to today's gym class )
07/05 星期四:Treadmill 35 min 3 miles (change speed and inclines), gym class 45 min.
08/05 星期五:Elliptical 25 min, boot camp class 35 min, bike 15 min
09/05 星期六:今天我休息!
10/05 星期天:Treadmill 55 min, 4 miles; core/weights/abs 1hr
11/05 星期一:Bike 35 min, 9.5 miles; gym class 45 min.
12/05 星期二:Treadmill 21 min 2 miles, boot camp class 45 miles
13/05 星期三:Forgot my gym bag, no excise 14/05 星期四: Try not to work out too much so that I will have energy to finish that 5K. bike 18 min (5.5 miles), pilate 45 min, weights/core 15 min.
15/05 星期五:Rest for tomorrow..............
16/05 星期六: 5K race, 24'45"
17/05 星期天:sore 18/05 星期一:treadmill 35 min, 3.5 miles (change speed/inclines); gym class 45min
19/05 星期二:Elliptical 16 min; boot camp 45 min
20/05 星期三:Biking 18 min, 5.5 miles; gym class 45 min
21/05 星期四:Elliptical 21 min; boot camp 45 min
22/05 星期五:Treadmill 43 min 3.75 miles (change speed/incline/directions), core 20 min
23/05 星期六:Party!
24/05 星期天:Jogged on the beach for about 3 miles, walked one mile
25/05 星期一:走路2里。逛冒3小时,包粽子2小时。
26/05 星期二:Treadmill 43 min, 3.9 miles (change speed/incline/directions), core 20 min.
27/05 星期三:Biking 15 min 4.5 miles, gym class 45 min
28/05 星期四:Treadmill 34 min, 3 miles (change speed/incline/directions); gym class 45 min for butt and sculpt
29/05 星期五:Elliptical 17 min, boot camp 45 min
30/05 星期六:今天我休息
31/05 星期天:Treadmill 50 min, abs/weights/core 40 min |
