The former: Bizarre is an adjective meaning very strange, unusual, or odd, often in a way that catches your attention or does not make sense.

The latter,  bəˈzär, a bazaar (or bazar) is primarily a permanently enclosed marketplace or street lined with small shops and stalls, traditionally found in the Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia. It can also refer to a charity event, or any store that sells a wide variety of goods.
