四月初还飘雪花，这个刚走的冬天真的冷，正好航班取消的机票可以改签，于是飞往火山岛去避寒。

“为了让用户省钱，必须涨价”。  冬天大家必须取暖，国网趁机涨了天然气价，理由是裂解页岩油气大成功：“To take advantage of much cheaper domestic gas supply so customers can save more, State Utility Commission decided to approve a rate increase so National Grid can plan building a gas-pipeline from the Midwest.”

“涨价让客户省更多钱”， 1979年丹佛市干旱，鼓励节约用水，他们有车巡逻抓“无照浇草”，干旱解除后水价大涨：“those who conserve water would save more with the rate increase.  Water Company did not meet its profit expectations because people use less water, the rate increase would not be so high if people use more water in previous weeks.”

四月底了，还开暖气？ 省更多钱？

不如去暖和的夏威夷，没去那个还冒岩浆的大岛，那里太烫了，看了些死掉了千万年的老火山，那里暖和恰当。
